The artwork will be in A4 size 210 x 297mm (can be scaled up or down).

Timeline

  1. You will purchase the product, and provide all information and photographs.
  2. We will create a hand-drawn artwork in black and white and send it for approval within 7 days.
  3. You will check the artwork, all information, spelling, and provide any feedback within 7 days of receiving.
  4. We will make 1 round of changes pending your feedback — so please double (and triple!) check that all of the text is correct.
  5. Colour will be added and sent for your final approval. We will make 1 round of changes pending your feedback, within 7 days of receiving.
  6. We will send you the print-ready artwork 7 days after receiving feedback. Files are high-resolution PDFs so you can get them printed.

  • Amendments

    Each stationery set purchased includes one round of amendments at the final layout and details stage. Additional rounds of changes can be purchased for an extra £25. Feedback must be given within 7 days of the delivery. If not, we will send you the final files.

  • Printing

    Artwork is delivered as a digital download. We do not offer printing services. Files are provided which can be printed at home or by a third-party printer. Please note that colours may appear different when printed than on your screen, depending on your display, printer and choice of paper.

  • Approval

    Please check all artwork carefully before final approval. We are not responsible for any errors in design, spelling, punctuation or information once stationery has been approved. We recommend reviewing files at print scale, to ensure you are happy with the sizing of individual details.

  • Copyright

    Artwork downloads are not for distribution or resale. All rights remain the property of Original Source and Supply Pvt Ltd. Purchases of the Custom Illustration Stationery Set do not include the release of source files. We reserve the right to use stationery artwork for promotional purposes on our website and social media. We will change names and venue details upon request.
